We understand that online shopping may not always meet your expectations; therefore, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt. To ensure a smooth return process, please carefully read the following policy before submitting your request.

Return Request Deadline

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  • The 14 days are based on the delivery date shown on the logistics tracking.
  • Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.
  • The return request date is based on the date you first contact customer service via email.

Applicable Return Conditions

To ensure fairness and product quality, returned goods must meet the following conditions:

  • The goods have not been worn (except for trying them on), washed, or altered.
  • The goods are free of stains, odors (such as perfume or smoke), and cosmetic residue.
  • The goods are in their original condition and do not affect resale.
  • Tags, labels, and original packaging are intact.

If the goods do not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or, at our discretion, deduct a fee.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items returned after the 14-day return period
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Items unsuitable for return due to personal care or hygiene reasons (if specifically marked)
  • Items clearly marked as "Final Sale" or clearance items.
  • Orders returned for personal reasons, such as an incorrect address or delivery refusal.

Return Process

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Submit a Return Request

  • Order Number
  • Name or Email Address of the Order
  • Name of the Item to be Returned
  • Reason for Return
  • Clear Photo of the Item (if it involves quality issues)

Step 2: Await Review and Confirmation

  • We will reply to your email within 1–2 business days.
  • After approval, we will provide a return address and relevant instructions.
  • Please do not return the item without confirmation; a refund may not be processed.

Step 3: Returning the Goods

  • Please ship the goods within 7 days of receiving return confirmation.
  • Please provide a valid tracking number.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Policy

  • After receiving the returned goods and confirming they meet the return conditions, we will process the refund within 3–7 business days.
  • The refund will be returned to your original payment account.
  • The actual arrival time depends on the bank or payment institution, typically 5–10 business days.

Regarding Fees

  • Original shipping costs (if any) are generally non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to personal reasons, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • If the goods have quality issues or the wrong goods were sent, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of signing for the package and attach clear photos. We will provide a reasonable solution (such as reshipment or refund) depending on the situation.

Regarding Lost or Abnormal Packages

  • If the returned package is lost in transit, the sender must contact the carrier to file a compensation claim.
  • If a package is returned due to customs clearance issues, the customer may be responsible for the associated costs.
  • If a package is refused delivery or returned due to a lack of a recipient, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.

Cancellation and Exchange Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need to change the size or style, please complete the return process first and then place a new order.
